Beef steak - mushroom cream

Ingredients :

- beef steak (4steaks)

- double cream ( around 250g)

- 1 red onion

- around 10 mushrooms

- 10/15g blue cheese

- salt

- black pepper

- olive oil




1- Cut the onion in small pieces

2- Cut the mushrooms in slices

3- Cut the beef steaks in medium size cubes (around 2cm)

4- Fry the onions in a frying pan with a bit of olive oil juste for a couple of minutes, until they start taking a color, on high heat

5- Add the steak then leave then a few minutes

6- When nearly cooked add the mushrooms for a couple of minutes

7- Then add the cream on top and the blue cheese, leave it to boil, the cream will get thicker.

It is then ready to eat. You can it this meal with french fries/chips/rice.
