Homemade pizza

Ingredients :
Tomato sauce :
- 3 tomatoes
- 2 garlic cloves
- 7 basil leaf
Pizza dough :
- 250g bread flour
- 7g dried yeast
- 125g room temperature watter
- 2 soup spoon of olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
Topping 1st pizza :
- fresh cream
- around 100g salmon
- grated cheese
Topping 2nd pizza
- tomato sauce homemade
- grated cheese
- goat cheese
- 5/6 basil leaf
Tomato sauce :
1- Boil some watter and put the tomato (lightly cross-shaped cut the end of the tomatoes) in it for a few minutes to peel them easily ( I suggest you to do the pizza dough while leaving them into the boiling watter)
2- After it, peel the tomatoes, cut them in half them empty them ( not necessary but your sauce will be more thick without the watter), then cut then in small pieces.
3- Into a blender put the tomatoes, the leaf basil and the cloves garlic, then blend them together to make a sauce
4- Then poor the sauce into a saucepan and cook it for a few minute on low heat, season with salt and black pepper
Pizza dough :
1- Put the watter into a glass and add the dried yeast, cover the glass then leave it for 15min.
2- In a container mix the flour with the salt, then add the mix of dried yeast and watter (after the 15mim). Mix all together with your hands.
3- Add the olive oil then keep mixing.
4- start kneading the dough on the workplan, the dough have to become flexible and elastic.
5- Then form a ball with the dough, put it in a container and cover it with wet cloth and leave it until it double in volume
6- Once it double in volume take it back, spread some flour onto the work plan, then start making the pizza. Cut the dough into two dough, to have 2 small pizzas or leave it as it is to have 1 big one.
7- Work a bit more the dough with your hands and pastry roll to make it elastic
8- Then form a round pizza dough
Preheat the oven 250C
1st Pizza topping :
1- Spread the cream on the dough, leave 1 cm on the edges to form the pizza crust
2- Add the salmon cut into small pieces, then some grated cheese on top
2nd Pizza topping :
1- Spread the homemade tomato sauce, leave 1cm on the edges to form the pizza crust
2- Add the grated cheese and goat cheese, then add the leaf basil on top
Cook the pizza in the oven around 10min
Once they are ready add some olive oil on the crust
