Chicken niblet in sauce

Ingredients :
- 1kg chicken niblet
- 2 red onions
- 5 tomatoes
- 2 garlic
- turmeric
- curry powder
- salt
- black pepper
- olive oil
1- Cut the onions in slices, the tomatoes in small pieces and the garlic in small pieces
2- Clean the chicken with vinegar then rince it properly with watter
3- Heat a saucepan with a bit of olive oil then start cooking the onions until they got a color
4- Add the chicken niblet and the garlic, season with turmeric, curry powder, salt and black pepper, cover the saucepan then leave it to cook for a few minutes, keep mixing time to time to don't let it stick to much to the saucepan
5- After a few minutes add the tomatoes and mix, cover, and leave it for few more minutes, keep mixing sometimes. It should start making a sauce, if it is not the case, add a half cup of hot watter
This main take aproximatly 30minutes to cook
The main is then ready to eat
