Canele with brown sugar - french recipe in english

Ingredients :
- 2 whole eggs
- 2 eggs yolk
- 50cl milk
- liquid vanila
- 100g flour
- 250g brown sugar (or white sugar)
- 50g butter
1- Heat a saucepan on medium heat
2- Poor straight away the milk into the saucepan before it is hot, then add the butter and vanila.
3- Mix it and leave it to boil.
4- In a diferent container mix the flour with the brown sugar.
5- Add all the eggs and mix.
6- When your milf is boiling switch off the heat and poor it straight away in the other container with the four, brown sugar and egg. Only poor it little by little.
7- Leave the container to rest to room temperature. Then put it into the fridge for 1hour.
8- Before the 1hour finish heat the oven 210.
9- Take the container from the fridge and poor it into the canele mold. Only fill 3/4 of each canele.
10- Cook for 20min.
11- After those 20min low the heat of the oven to 180, and keep cooking for 45min to 1hour, depend on your oven power.
12- Unmold the canele while they still hot.
