Peppers and meatballs in sauce

Ingredients :

- 3 garlic

- 600g beef mince meat

- 6 peppers

- salt

- black pepper

- turmeric

- paprika

- ginger

- cumin

- 1 can of chopped tomatoes

- 1 spoon of tomato puree

- olive oil


Step by step :

1- Heat your oven 230

2- Clean your peppers

3- Cut the top of the peppers and empty them. cut the garlics

4- Season them with olive oil, salt, and black pepper

5- Put your peppers head down into a baking tray

6- Cook then 20min in the oven

7- Season the mince meat with salt, black pepper, half garlic, turmeric, paprika, cumin, ginger.

8 - Mix the meat with the spices and let it rest until you finish the recipe.

9- Take the top of the peppers you cut and cut the edible part in small pieces.

10- Heat some olive oil in e frying pan on medium heat and add the small pieces of peppers you just cut.

11- After a few minutes add the chopped tomatoes and tomatoe puree into the frying pan.

12- Season the mix with salt, black pepper, the other half of garlics, and mix. Leave it to cook on low heat.

13- After the 20min take the peppers from the oven, as you see the skin in getting black, take off the skin and leave them to rest on the side.

14- Take back the mince meat and form some meatballs, all the same sizes.

15- Add those meatballs into the sauce in the frying pan, and keep cooking on medium heat with the lid on. If your sauce is making to much watter keep cooking without the lid on.

(16- Not necessary step : Finish cooking for 10 min into the oven. And add eggs)
